My wife and I are writing this letter to share with you how very pleased we are with the care and professional services we have received from you and everyone associated with Lima Dental Associates.
We have had services performed at Lima Dental ranging from preventive exams and cleanings to more complicated dental procedures. We are leery as anyone of going to the dentist, but you and your staff have made it virtually pain fee. Watching a movie during an extraction, what more can you want!
At all times, you and your staff have treated us in a very professional, competent, and courteous manner. Lima Dental has always been very helpful in working with our insurance company and assisting in receiving maximum coverage from our insurance benefits.
The remodeling your office certainly had to be a big undertaking and investment on your part. As patients, we like it very much. It is very functional, professional in appearance, and user friendly. Of course, the key to any business is courteous, competent, and caring people who work there, and that is certainly what we have experienced from everyone at Lima Dental Associates.

I’m just writing to brag on Sharon, who recently did my hygiene treatment. She was very patient, kind and funny (I think she knew I was scared because I have TMJ and it hurts to open my mouth for long). Most importantly, I think she did a terrific job with the cleaning and, in fact, it was the least uncomfortable hygiene treatment I have ever had. Also, I was very impressed with how quickly your dental lab was able to create the models (molds? not sure what to call it – but you’ll know)  necessary for my upcoming implants.
